Q. We received a booking to our space. Can we reply directly to the user?
Yes, you can. The user will leave their email address so you’re more than welcome to email them directly!
Q. How can I delete a review?
At the moment, only Coworker can delete, edit or adjust reviews. We highly recommend you don’t delete reviews unless there is inappropriate language, or for example, the review was based on another space and thus causes confusion.
In order to be closer to your community, you can reply to anybody who has dropped a comment about your coworking space. If you are facing any issues, you can email us at email@example.com.
